EmployBridge is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter / HR Generalist to lead full-cycle recruiting and support onboarding, employee communications, and HR initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

In this role you will recruit, translate HR communications, and serve as a resource for English and Spanish-speaking employees, contributing to retention and engagement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviews and hiring.
• Partner with managers and supervisors to identify hiring needs and attract top talent.
• Coordinate pre-employment screenings, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
• Conduct follow-ups with new employees and supervisors to support retention and engagement.
• Serve as a resource for English and Spanish-speaking employees.
• Translate employee, safety, and HR communications as needed.
• Assist with employee documentation, incident reporting, and HR projects.
• Help foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.
