AC Pro, a family-owned heating and air conditioning company, seeks an experienced HR Generalist to manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and benefits for our California team. You will advise managers on employee relations, administer leaves and HRIS data, support payroll and compliance, and collaborate on talent development across multi-state operations.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of HR experience, a relevant degree, and professional certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP, with bilingual

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred but not required.
• 5–7 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
• Professional HR certification (PHR, PHRca, SHRM-CP, or comparable) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding, orientations, and new-hire paperwork.
• Administer and support health and welfare benefits programs, ACA compliance, and communications.
• Assist in the administration of leaves (FMLA, CFRA, ADA) and workers' comp.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and employee records.
• Partner with managers on employee relations, investigations, and performance development.
