You will recruit, onboard, train and resolve employee issues while developing training materials and performance programs. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, with 3+ years in HR and payroll.

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three+ years of industry-related HR and payroll experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintain payroll systems and processes in a timely manner.
• Maintain insurance plans for employees.
• Process onboarding of employees.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboarding.
• Develop and update training materials and performance management programs.
• Investigate employee issues and bring them to a resolution.
