You will process weekly payroll, manage attendance, and handle employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and leave programs, while ensuring compliance and audit readiness. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 1–3 years HR/payroll experience, HRIS familiarity, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years HR or payroll experience (or relevant coursework).
• Experience working with HRIS systems.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for hourly employees; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support payroll audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and process hourly pay changes (promotions, transfers, increases).
• Serve as the primary contact for time and attendance and reconciliation.
• Conduct employee investigations, disciplinary meetings, and terminations.
• Administer and maintain leave of absence programs (FMLA, personal time).
• Support benefits administration and open enrollment.
• Manage workers' compensation claims and liaise with claim representatives.
• Provide documentation for audits and SOX compliance.
