Purple Crow is seeking an HR Generalist to support payroll processing and benefits administration in a busy on-site office. This full-time role requires bilingual Spanish/English communication and a proactive, service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities include payroll accuracy, benefits enrollments, HR inquiries, and onboarding support, with collaboration across teams to keep operations smooth and employees engaged. On-site Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in HR, payroll, or recruiting.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday.
