Job summary

Hollman, Inc. in Irving, Texas is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a diverse manufacturing workforce of about 300 employees on-site.

This hands-on role handles employee relations, onboarding, benefits, timekeeping, and HRIS administration, partnering with the HR Manager to keep operations compliant and efficient. The ideal candidate speaks English and Spanish fluently, demonstrates strong organization, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, including verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for employees and managers.
• Handle onboarding, background checks, and new-hire documentation.
• Administer benefits, FMLA/ADA/leaves, and workers' compensation.
• Maintain HRIS records, payroll-related inquiries, and timekeeping.
• Support recruiting for hourly and salaried roles; coordinate interviews.
• Assist training, policy administration, and compliance.
