Job summary

Hollman, Inc. is seeking an on-site Human Resources Generalist in Irving, Texas, to manage day-to-day HR functions for a diverse workforce. The role requires bilingual communication in English and Spanish and hands-on work with onboarding, benefits, leave, and HRIS records.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5+ years of HR experience, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to compliant, employee-centered HR practices in a manufacturing/industrial environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in an HR Generalist role.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, including the ability to professionally communicate HR information verbally in both languages.
• Experience supporting employee relations matters.
• Experience with recruiting and onboarding.
• Experience with benefits and leave administration.
• Experience maintaining confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
• HRIS experience.
• Experience supporting hourly and salaried employees.
• Paycor experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and managers.
• Respond to employee questions and concerns in English and Spanish.
• Support employee relations investigations, corrective actions, performance issues, attendance concerns, and workplace complaints.
• Prepare documentation related to employee relations matters.
• Coach managers on routine employee and attendance issues.
• Escalate complex matters to the HR Manager.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently.
• Manage onboarding from offer to first weeks of employment.
• Maintain new-hire documentation and Form I-9.
• Coordinate background checks and pre-employment requirements.
• Conduct or support new-hire orientation in English and Spanish.
• Ensure policies, acknowledgments, and training are completed.
