Mor Morales Professional is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to join our Lebanon, IN site on a direct-hire, on-site basis. The role supports daily HR operations and staff across first and second shifts, with an anticipated team size of about 300 as growth continues.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in HR or related field, at least two years of HR experience, and fluency in English and Spanish. Proficiency with MS Office and HR systems is essential; union or payroll exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Minimum 2 years HR or related administrative experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities (job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling).
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR systems.
• Prepare onboarding materials and assist with new employee orientation.
• Respond to routine questions about benefits, HR policies and workplace processes.
• Support employee relations, training, engagement events and HR projects.
• Assist with payroll and compliance activities and identify ways to improve HR processes.
