Qualifications

We are looking for a Bilingual HR Generalist to join our manufacturing and distribution site in Lebanon, IN. This full-time, on-site position involves managing daily human resources functions for a growing workforce that is projected to reach 300 team members. You will serve as a key point of contact for staff and management across both first and second shifts. Compensation for this role is set at up to 70K annually, with the potential for a 10% bonus.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from drafting job advertisements to reviewing applications and arranging interviews.
• Ensure the integrity and privacy of all personnel files and human resource data systems.
• Facilitate the new hire experience by preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions to help integrate new staff.
• Provide clear guidance to employees regarding company policies, benefit inquiries, and standard operational procedures.
• Foster a positive work culture by assisting with employee relations, professional development initiatives, and staff engagement activities.
• Contribute to payroll accuracy and regulatory compliance while proactively suggesting enhancements to current HR workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in both English and Spanish to ensure seamless communication across our diverse workforce.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience within an HR or administrative capacity.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline is considered an asset.
• High level of organizational skill and confidentiality, combined with technical competence in Microsoft Office and various HR software platforms.
• Flexibility to provide coverage for both day and evening shifts, including a requirement to work a split schedule two days each week.
