Job summary

ArborWorks, LLC is seeking an HR Generalist to support a Multi-State Shared Services model. You will collaborate with HR leadership, managers, and employees to provide consistent HR support, administer programs, and ensure compliance with federal and state laws across locations.

The role covers employee relations, benefits, onboarding, HRIS management, and HR projects, with opportunities to grow generalist skills in a dynamic, centralized environment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience including employee relations and HR operations.
• Experience supporting HR services across multiple locations or states.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR point of contact for managers and employees on policies and relations.
• Assist with intake, investigations, and corrective actions under HR leadership guidance.
• Support managers with performance management and documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure policy consistency across locations.
• Track and support employee relations cases from intake to resolution.
