Job summary

The Suter Company seeks an HR Generalist to provide daily HR support to employees and managers, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, and training. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and maintain confidentiality across HR processes.

Two years of administrative experience and an associate degree or professional certification are preferred. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish capabilities and the ability to adapt to a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in an administrative role.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily HR support to employees and managers, aligning with the company’s mission and values.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage employee relations and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and maintain records and confidentiality.
• Coordinate and monitor training, safety programs, and internal communications.
