GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks a Generalist, Human Resources to lead the full HR scope including hiring, onboarding, compensation, benefits and safety in a fast‑paced, global setting. You’ll partner with Operations to align policies with regulatory requirements and maintain a union‑free environment.

The role runs Monday‑Friday with a 2pm‑10pm shift; bilingual English/Spanish is required. Strong HRIS and Kronos payroll experience, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–3 years progressive HR experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience with HRIS and time/attendance systems.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment and benefits laws.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Operations to provide direction regarding policies and regulatory compliance.
• Keep management apprised of HR developments affecting effectiveness.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding experience.
• Maintain personnel files and training materials, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Manage leave programs with the leave administrator (FMLA, disability, workers' comp).
• Implement and utilize HR metrics to measure performance.
• Assist with performance management and processing terminations with HR and Legal.
• Support site Employee Relations and People Culture with HR customer service hours.
• Support payroll auditing and reconciliation.
