Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing, warehouse and production roles.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, prepare offers, onboarding and orientation.
• Process weekly payroll accurately using Paycom.
• Administer medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits programs.
• Support leave, accommodations and employee lifecycle transactions.
• Serve as primary contact for HR inquiries from employees and managers.
• Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance concerns, and workplace issues.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy.
• Support OSHA reporting, workers' compensation and safety initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and company policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.

Our client is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Generalist to partner closely with the HR Director to support all areas of Human Resources for a 150-employee manufacturing operation, including recruiting, payroll, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and safety. Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing, warehouse, and production positions.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, prepare offer letters, and facilitate onboarding and orientation programs.

Profile

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience with exposure to multiple HR disciplines.
• Experience supporting hourly employee populations within manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, food production, or other operational environments.
• Hands‑on payroll administration experience, preferably in Paycom or a similar HRIS.
• Knowledge of employee relations, benefits administration, recruiting, and compliance.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
• Comfortable working in a highly visible, employee‑facing role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, or SHRM‑SCP certification is a plus.
