Job summary

Moss, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor in the United States, seeks a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support our Altha, FL project on-site. You’ll partner with field leadership to deliver HR services across the employee lifecycle and ensure a positive worker experience.

You will manage onboarding, payroll coordination, records accuracy, and policy guidance while collaborating with site operations to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in human resources, employee relations, payroll, recruiting, or workforce coordination.
• Experience supporting hourly employees, field operations, or fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and policy application.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for assigned project sites and field leadership.
• Partner with project leaders to address workforce needs and HR matters.
• Support full employee lifecycle including onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure smooth integration into the organization.
• Support payroll accuracy by reviewing timekeeping and attendance.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and escalate complex issues appropriately.
• Maintain accurate HR records and assist with reporting and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR and operations on audits and workforce development projects.
