A leading construction firm is seeking a Traveling Bilingual HR Assistant to provide dedicated HR support for project teams. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish for conducting orientations and delivering real-time translation services. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, and possess strong interpersonal skills. You will engage with both field employees and management, ensuring compliance and effective communication across diverse construction environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in construction or field-based environments.
• Experience onboarding high-volume craft or hourly workforce preferred.
• Working knowledge of employment law and I-9 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person new hire orientations in English and Spanish.
• Provide on-site verbal translation between craft employees and leadership.
• Assist with employee relations issues and attendance concerns.
