Job summary

Reich Installation Services, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Spanish-English Traveling Site Administrator to support field operations at multiple construction sites across the U.S.

This 100% travel role begins with a 4–6 month project phase and moves to subsequent sites as projects progress. You will manage HR, payroll, housing, timesheets, and administrative tasks on site, coordinating with on-site managers and the Housing Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish & English required (verbal and written).
• Willingness to travel 100% to U.S. job sites.
• Experience with ADP or payroll/timesheet systems preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and housing logs.
• Solid understanding of HR policies and labor compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timesheet submissions and payroll data entry on-site.
• Coordinate housing and onboarding for on-site employees with Housing Coordinator.
• Act as on-site HR contact and enforce company policies and labor laws.
• Support safety incident logging and reporting, and assist with trainings.
• Provide on-site administrative support and coordinate logistics for site operations.
• Track inventory and supplies; manage tool room and equipment records.
