Maglio Produce is seeking a Bilingual HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations and serve as a liaison for English and Spanish-speaking employees. You will coordinate onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee records while maintaining confidentiality and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience providing high level support.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related major preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding in English and Spanish.
• Assist with recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating pre-employment requirements.
• Support biweekly payroll processing by reviewing time records and resolving discrepancies.
• Process employment verifications, garnishments, and levies under HR leadership.
• Maintain personnel files and records related to benefits, hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and reporting requirements.
• Respond to routine employee questions regarding policies, payroll, and benefits in English and Spanish; refer complex matters to HR leadership.
• Coordinate performance review schedules and track completion.
• Assist with workers’ compensation administration under HR leadership.
• Assist with creating and updating job descriptions, HR forms, and employee resources.
• Support employee engagement activities, training coordination, and HR projects.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism.
• Track employee absences and assist with FMLA/personal leaves, including documentation.
• Assist with bilingual employee communications and help employees understand HR forms, policies, and processes.
