Job summary

Summit Home Care is seeking a highly organized Human Resource Coordinator to support daily HR operations, recruit and onboard staff, manage benefits and records, and provide excellent service to employees and clients.

The role requires 1–2 years in Home Care HR, fluent English and Spanish, strong organization, and proficiency with HHAX Exchange and MS Office in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Home Care HR administration.
• Ability to speak fluent English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and records management.
• Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct new hire orientation and training.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and databases.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees and clients.
