Job summary

Uline's Wisconsin Pleasant Prairie distribution center is seeking a bilingual HR Coordinator (English/Spanish) to guide candidates and new hires through onboarding, coordinate interviews and documentation, and ensure a seamless candidate experience on-site.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field and 2+ years of HR or administrative experience, with strong communication skills and fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Contact candidates to schedule interviews and answer questions.

• Provide administrative support and weekly recruiting summaries.
• Assist with and conduct applicant interviews in English and Spanish.
