Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company and leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, seeks a bilingual Human Resources Coordinator (English/Spanish) at our Naples, FL fulfillment center. You will manage interviews, onboarding, and candidate communications, ensuring a smooth hiring process and a positive candidate experience.

Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field is a must.
• 2+ years in HR or relevant administrative experience.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) fluent in both written and spoken forms.

Responsibilities

• Contact candidates to schedule interviews, answer questions, and assist new hires with onboarding documents.
• Conduct candidate pre-employment assessments and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Communicate candidate details to interview teams, including management.
• Manage HR email inbox inquiries and follow-ups as needed.
• Provide administrative support, assist projects and complete weekly recruiting summaries.
• Assist with and conduct applicant interviews in English and Spanish.
