Job summary

Uline is hiring a Bilingual (English / Spanish) Human Resources Coordinator at our Wisconsin Pleasant Prairie distribution center. You’ll be the go-to person for candidates and new hires, shaping their first experiences with us by ensuring a seamless hiring process.

On-site hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM. This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field and 2+ years in HR or related administrative experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field is a must.
• 2+ years in HR or relevant administrative experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish, fluent in both verbal and written forms.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact candidates to schedule interviews, answer candidate questions and assist new hires with onboarding documents.
• Conduct candidate pre-employment assessments and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Communicate candidate details to interview teams, including management.
• Manage HR email inbox inquiries and follow-ups as needed.
• Provide administrative support, assist projects and complete weekly recruiting summaries.
• Assist with and conduct applicant interviews in English and Spanish.
