Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a hands-on Bilingual Production Supervisor (English/Spanish) to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting. You will ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and employee performance while guiding a diverse team.

This role demands strong communication in both English and Spanish, the ability to drive continuous improvement, and collaboration across QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse to meet customer deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory experience in food manufacturing or related production environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; able to manage diverse workforce.
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with production planning, scheduling, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to achieve goals for production, quality, and safety.
  • Lead, train, coach, and motivate production employees, ensuring effective communication in English and Spanish.
  • Monitor production schedules and staffing to meet objectives and deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Conduct daily shift meetings to communicate priorities and expectations, and maintain performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports; analyze data to drive improvements.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with QA, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments to optimize workflow.
  • Promote accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement culture.
  • Support internal and external audits and compliance initiatives.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to boost productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bilingual Production Supervisor (English/Spanish) to oversee daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring production goals are met while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, efficiency, and employee performance.

This hands‑on leadership role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage a diverse workforce, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to achieve production, quality, and safety goals.
  • Lead, train, coach, and motivate production employees, ensuring effective communication in both English and Spanish.
  • Monitor production schedules and staffing requirements to meet operational objectives and customer deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Conduct daily shift meetings to communicate priorities, performance expectations, and operational updates.
  • Maintain accurate production records, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and operational effectiveness.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Support internal and external audits, inspections, and compliance initiatives.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Food Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing, food processing, packaging, or related production environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and team‑building skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production tracking, ERP, or manufacturing systems.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in food manufacturing, snack production, packaging, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) environments.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience managing production KPIs, productivity metrics, and workforce performance.
  • Forklift certification or knowledge of warehouse and inventory management processes.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the production floor for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to work in varying production and warehouse environments, including exposure to temperature fluctuations and production equipment.
