Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Labor Relations, HR, Business Administration or related field; SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Counsel managers, supervisors and employees on HR activities including policies, benefits, performance matters, and employee relations.
• Collaborate with recruiting team to recruit, screen, interview, and hire employees.
• Advise on employee relations issues, complaints and terminations; apply progressive discipline consistently.
• Oversee payroll management and accurate data entry in HRIS (Workday).
• Coordinate and conduct orientation and training programs for employees.
• Support employee engagement, recognition programs, and site events to promote teamwork and inclusion.
• Assist with compensation, benefits, vacations, leaves and attendance programs; participate in compensation surveys and job evaluations.
• Handle administrative duties including invoicing, filing and events support.
