Job summary

YQN is seeking an HR Business Partner – Labor Management (Bilingual in Chinese) to support multiple warehouse sites across Port Reading, NJ and Pooler, GA. You will oversee temporary labor programs, manage staffing agencies, and align staffing with operations goals.

This role requires strong knowledge of U.S. employment law, vendor management, and the ability to travel between sites. Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred to coordinate diverse labor teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience in warehousing or logistics environments.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment law; CA experience preferred.
• Experience managing staffing vendors and reconciling invoices.
• Willingness to travel between sites.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan labor needs with site Operations and track attendance, fill rate, and turnover.
• Manage staffing agencies, contracts, rates, reviews, and temp-to-hire conversions.
• Check vendor invoices against approved hours and seek cost reductions.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, including co-employment risk.
• Handle employee relations and ensure safety onboarding training.
• Report labor metrics to leadership weekly and monthly.
