YQN Logistics is seeking a dedicated bilingual full-cycle recruiter to join our dynamic HR team in Port Reading, NJ. This role involves managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and proven experience as a recruiter. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000, along with benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(K).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a full-cycle recruiting role.
• Bilingual in Chinese is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
• Manage interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
