• Bilingual English/Spanish required (verbal and written).

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as bilingual HR contact for employees with questions, policies, and procedures.
• Translate and interpret HR documents, meetings, and communications as needed.
• Assist employees with onboarding, benefits enrollment, and general HR inquiries.
• Support recruitment efforts including applicant tracking and interview scheduling.
• Maintain HRIS data and ensure accurate employee records.
