Ash Grove Materials Corporation, a CRH company, is seeking an HR Administrator to join our HR team in Overland Park, Kansas. This entry‑level role supports hiring, onboarding, reporting, and compliance, with emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and service.

You will collaborate with the HR Manager and Safety partners while handling day‑to‑day HR operations. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly valued and can enhance communication with employees and candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of HR experience preferred.
• HR administration experience is preferred.
• Experience in construction, materials, manufacturing, or similar operational environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support hourly hiring process, candidate communication, offers, and onboarding coordination.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements (drug screens, background checks, new hire paperwork, orientation).
• Maintain electronic HR records, forms, and policy databases.
• Prepare, analyze, and distribute HR reports and materials for management.
• Assist with training activities and materials distribution.
• Process termination paperwork and data entry.
