Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience working with low-income people in a social service setting.
• Three years of experience working with adults and elderly populations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of substance abuse and mental health issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead community outreach initiatives and foster partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
