The role includes developing Individual Program Plans, advocating for clients, and working collaboratively with families and community resources. Qualificações

• Knowledge of principles, objectives and techniques of counseling individuals.
• Knowledge in identifying and navigating generic services.
• Demonstrated interest in working with persons with developmental special needs.

Responsabilidades

• Assess needs of developmentally disabled individuals and implement Individual Program Plans.
• Monitor and revise plans to ensure effective service delivery.
• Act as an advocate for individuals supported and ensure client rights.
