Qualifications

• HUD Certified Housing Counselor or ability to obtain within three months.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Educate homebuyers in group and one-on-one settings in English and Spanish.
• Counsel clients pre- and post-purchase, and coordinate with lenders.
• Maintain electronic and paper client files and generate reports.
• Translate key documents from English to Spanish.
