Job summary

HotelPro is hiring a Bilingual Housekeeping PM Supervisor in Nashville to lead daily housekeeping operations on the PM shift from 2 PM to 11 PM, including weekends. You will supervise 15 team members per shift, ensure training, and enforce hotel procedures while maintaining quality across rooms, public areas, laundry, and lobby.

Responsibilities include monitoring productivity, safety, coordinating with hotel leadership, orienting new staff, and managing daily reports.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish (intermediate)
• 1+ year of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Inspector
• Knowledge of Property Operating System
• Schedule flexibility to work weekends and PM shift 2 PM–11 PM
• Possess reliable transportation
• Ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with guests, team members and leaders professionally

• Respond to team member requests and service needs on time
• Help with team appreciation and retention activities
• Keep employee files and inspection paperwork organized
• Address team member concerns and report issues when needed
• Coach and train team members every day
• Support team members to meet quality and productivity goals

• 1+ year of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Inspector - a must!
• Knowledge of Property Operating System - a must!
• Schedule flexibility to work weekends and PM shift from 2 PM to 11 PM
• Possess reliable transportation
• Ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
• Previous experience working independently and making informed decisions
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to handle conversations with guests, team members and hotel leaders professionally
