Job summary

Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Home Inspection Field Representative to support loan servicing nationwide. You will travel to collateral locations, conduct inspections, communicate with customers and internal teams, and enter results promptly.

The role requires Spanish/English fluency, a valid driver's license, and strong organization and communication skills. This is a fully remote role with a competitive base salary plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Drive to collateral locations and property visits to inspect homes.
• Input results daily with photos and condition reports.
• Verify collateral details and contact customers via phone/email.
• Establish relationships with Home Office and other departments.
