Pride PHC Services, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Full Time Home Health Support Specialist in San Antonio, TX. This in-office role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with benefits and paid holidays.

The position pays $17.00–$18.50 per hour and includes multiple medical plans, disability and life insurance, and employee recognition. You will handle timekeeping, payroll support, and client coordination while staying compliant with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have previous office experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• VESTA or PAS experience preferred.
• Fluent bilingual (English and Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 150–200 Clients/Attendants or equivalent.
• Communicate effectively with Field Supervisors and Admin team.
• Ensure clients receive services within authorized hours.
• Process daily timekeeping for attendants through EVV system.
• Assist with incoming calls and payroll dispute resolution.
• Complete weekly caseload reports and maintain compliance with state regs.
• Use EVV, VESTA, and UKG as applicable; perform general office duties.

Timekeeping and Data Entry tasks may include:

• Capable of managing a caseload of 150 - 200 Clients/Attendants
• Communicate and work effectively with Field Supervisors and Admin team
• Ensure clients receive services on an ongoing basis for authorized hours allowed
• Ability to problem solve and remain calm in escalated situations
• Process daily timekeeping for attendants through EVV system
• Assist with incoming calls
• Assist with resolving payroll disputes
• Ability to communicate effectively written and verbal
• Complete weekly caseload reports
• Ensure client services and attendants remain in compliance according to state regulations
• EVV, VESTA and UKG knowledge a bonus
• Perform general office duties as assigned by Admin team
• Ability to work general office equipment - phone, fax, copy, scanner, and computer

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have previous office experience
• Previous Health Care experience preferred.
• VESTA or PAS experience preferred
• Fluent Bilingual (English and Spanish)
