Job summary

Amivie seeks a Russian-speaking home health aide to assist a Russian-speaking female client with ADLs, errands, and light housekeeping. Provides direct patient care under supervision of a nurse and participates in client care planning and documentation.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe environment, practicing infection control, and communicating client needs to the supervising RN. Requires CNAs credentials and fluency in Russian for effective interaction.

Qualifications

• Complete nursing education program or be enrolled with clinical experience.
• Active CNA registry or PCA certification.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English; reliable and mature.

Responsibilities

• Provide stand-by assistance with ADLs for a Russian-speaking client.
• Assist with errands and light housekeeping as directed by the nurse.
• Report client status and care delivered to supervising RN.
• Follow home health agency policies and care plans.
• Maintain safe, clean, and respectful home environment.
• Adhere to infection control practices and universal precautions.
