Qualifications

• Russian language proficiency required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current/Active HHA certification in New York required.
• Prior home care experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, bend, and move patients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients at home.
• Administer medications and manage injections where applicable.
• Change wound dressings and provide hygiene support.
• Provide oxygen therapy and assist with mobility and activities of daily living.
• Record patient care activities and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care.
