Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide daily living and personal care services in patients' homes in accordance with an established care plan.

You will assist with baths, dressing, hygiene, feeding, and medication observations as outlined by the plan of care. Responsibilities include taking vital signs as ordered, safe transfers, ROM exercises, and helping with home safety practices while maintaining documentation and reporting any changes to the

Qualifications

• Read, follow written instructions and document care given.
• Maintain CPR certification as required by state regulations.
• Complete Maxim's competency program and Maxim screening examinations.

Responsibilities

• Baths, oral hygiene, dressing and toileting, feeding.
• Taking and recording temperatures, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure when ordered.
• Safe transfer and ambulation techniques; assist with ROM and therapy as ordered.
• Assist with patient laundry and meeting safety needs; use equipment properly.
• Observation and documentation of patient condition and reporting changes to nurse supervisor.
• Follow the plan of care and complete all tasks; communicate clearly with client, family and office.
