Ideal candidates have 1 year of admin experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel and scheduling software. Travel within Pima County is required. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of administrative experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Computer skills include Microsoft Word, Excel and a scheduling program.
• Reliable transportation with travel within Pima County.

Responsibilities

• Creates and manages schedules for in-home care workers and clients.
• Provides coverage to ensure client care plans are followed and services are uninterrupted.
• Contacts care providers and clients to share service updates.
• Conducts monthly wellness calls and home visits as needed.
• Handles escalated client complaints and theft claims with thorough follow-up.
• Supervises staff, sets expectations, and enforces company policies.
• Maintains a professional, clean and confidential office environment.
• Ensures attendance and punctuality, and adapts to agency needs.
