Job summary

Hamaspik Homecare is seeking a PCA Coordinator to oversee an assigned caseload and ensure seamless homecare services for patients. The role partners with patients, caregivers, and families to address concerns and promote continuity of care.

The PCA Coordinator will coordinate staffing needs, maintain regulatory compliance, manage documentation, and contribute to quality assurance and operational excellence initiatives. Strong bilingual skills in Russian and English are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Russian and English required.
• Strong telephone, organizational, typing and communication skills needed.
• Ability to maintain accurate schedules, documentation, and records.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for patients, caregivers, and families.
• Coordinate and resolve caregiver staffing and scheduling based on patient needs.
• Maintain regulatory compliance through proper documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support payroll, benefits and operations.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to caregivers and patients.
• Perform additional coordination and operational duties to support workflow.
