Job summary

Diocese of Richmond - Catholic Community Foundation seeks a Coordinator for Hispanic Stewardship to grow stewardship and discipleship among Hispanic communities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience in parish ministry or nonprofit work.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience coordinating events, programs, or parish initiatives.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of parish stewardship initiatives and workshops.
• Coordinate logistics for parish visits, meetings, and events, including materials and follow-up.
• Maintain regular communication with parish staff and ministry leaders.
• Help develop parish-based teams to support stewardship and discipleship.
• Assist with bilingual communications in emails, bulletins, and campaigns.
• Ensure timely, pastorally sensitive communication with parishes and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with clergy, parish staff, volunteers, and community leaders.
• Identify and engage parish leaders and volunteers for initiatives.
• Manage calendars, meetings, and logistics for trainings and gatherings.
• Track participation and gather feedback to improve approaches.
