Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience for hourly/field roles.
• Experience hiring in material handling, warehousing, logistics or related industries.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple openings and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, field positions across the United States.
• Successfully hire 30-50 employees per month while maintaining quality hiring standards and candidate experience.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner with Operations leaders to understand hiring priorities, workforce needs, and timelines.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring demands.
• Maintain frequent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
