Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative, customer service or healthcare reimbursement environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Extensive experience in healthcare customer service is a plus.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases.
