Job summary

Rushford Center, part of Hartford HealthCare, seeks an administrative support professional to deliver exceptional internal and external customer service and ensure smooth program operations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and strong computer skills as you assist departments, coordinate tasks, and help maintain access to services across a network focused on addiction and mental health.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in an administrative, customer service or healthcare reimbursement environment.
• Extensive experience in healthcare customer service considered in lieu of other experience.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment.
