Job summary

Maximus is hiring bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representatives to provide compassionate, reliable support to individuals navigating healthcare programs. This on-site, part-time role in El Paso, TX offers starting pay of $16.91/hr plus a 10% shift differential and potential bonuses. Training is provided to ensure success in handling inquiries across multiple channels.

Shifts are Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., with evenings and nights preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be fluent in English and specified secondary language.
• Ability to work within established turnaround times.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks.
• Ability to work as a member of a team.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
• Must participate and certify in internal CCO training to begin this role.
• Medicare training in Tier I Parts A/B and DME may be required later.
• May be required to work overtime and scheduled holidays.
• On-site work at the office is required; no remote option until after one year with performance.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service for basic and routine inquiries and problems via multiple channels.
• Handles basic and routine calls.
• Uses a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
• Provides feedback and input on trends, processes, and training.
• May refer inquiries to published materials or more senior staff.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client regulations and policies.
• Report problems via the online system for resolution.
