Job summary

Maximus is hiring bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representatives to assist individuals navigating healthcare decisions. This on-site role is based in El Paso, TX, with schedule options and evening shifts differential.

New hires receive paid training and can earn a base pay of $16.91/hour plus up to $2,880 in bonus opportunities; full benefits including medical coverage, 401(k) with match, and PTO are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be fluent in English and specified secondary language.
• Ability to work within established turnaround times.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service for basic and routine inquiries via multiple channels (telephone, emails, web chats, or written letters).
• Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
• Refer calls as required to CSR Lead.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client regulations and policies.
• Follow privacy and HIPAA rules and complete required trainings.
