Job summary

Give For a Smile is seeking a bilingual Covered California/Medi‑Cal Enrollment Counselor to lead outreach events and educational workshops for Latino families in Orange, LA, and the Inland Empire. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish and involves presenting content in both languages.

You will enroll clients via portals, verify statuses, coordinate activities, build partnerships, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience with monolingual/bilingual Latino communities.
• Ability to coordinate outreach and educational activities.
• Experience with enrollment processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach events and educational workshops in English and Spanish.
• Perform Medi-Cal, BenefitsCal, and Covered California enrollments.
• Identify sites and groups for activities and coordinate enrollments.
• Maintain records and reports of outreach, education, and enrollment activities.
