Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in health coaching, health education and health promotion.
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish; ability to pass oral and written assessments.
• CPR/BLS certification through ARC or AHA is required.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite face-to-face customer coaching and support.
• Identify customer health education needs through targeted health assessment activities.
• Collaborate with customers to establish health improvement plans and personalized goals.
• Empower customers to participate actively in their health outcomes.
• Lead health and wellness promotional activities, including group coaching and seminars.
• May perform biometric screenings and use data to guide recommendations.
• Support health-related site events such as open enrollment and health fairs.
