Qualifications

• RD license preferred; CPR/BLS required.
• Bilingual Spanish with ability to pass assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite face-to-face coaching and support.
• Identify education needs through health assessments.
• Collaborate to set and monitor health goals and action plans.
• Lead health and wellness activities and events.
• Support biometric screenings and health outreach at sites.
