Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, family services, counseling or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in an unrelated field with credential in social work or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in unrelated field with case management experience and credential within 18 months
• Two years of experience in social work, human services or related area with caseload management
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

• Model HCDE and Head Start’s mission, vision, and values.
• Assist the Campus Manager and Assistant Campus Manager with daily operations.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to integrate Head Start services.
• Identify and recruit eligible students for Head Start; plan recruitment events offsite as needed.
• Complete applications and enroll students on an ongoing basis.
• Develop relationships to engage families and community partners.
