Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related field.
• Must complete training and obtain CLASS certification and recertify annually.
• Must demonstrate proficiency annually in the child screening and assessment tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to the campus staff, foster teamwork and engagement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
• Demonstrate professional, ethical conduct and maintain confidentiality.
• Oversee budget management and compliance with standards and procedures.
