The City of Tucson is seeking a Housing Choice Voucher Project Supervisor to oversee daily operations, guide staff, and ensure compliance with HUD regulations and agency policies. This role emphasizes timely processing, performance measurement, and high-quality customer service to participants and stakeholders.

Reporting to the Community Services Manager, the supervisor leads HCV personnel, manages workflows, and implements quality controls to sustain program integrity.

Formación

• Fluent in written and spoken Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, Tagalog, and/or Navajo.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, train, and evaluate assigned staff with performance evaluations and coaching.
• Oversee daily HCV operations ensuring timely processing of activities.
• Ensure compliance with HUD regulations, agency policies, and program requirements.
• Develop and manage staff schedules, workload distribution, and coverage plans.
• Implement and monitor quality control processes including file reviews and corrective actions.
• Track program performance metrics (timeliness, errors, SEMAP) and drive improvements.
• Serve as SME on complex cases, regulatory interpretation, and policy application.
• Address escalated participant and landlord concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to improve cross-functional coordination.
